Gizem Adıgüzel Özmen completed her undergraduate education at Ankara University Faculty of Law between 2009 and 2013. Following her university education, in 2014, she started her master's degree at the Ankara University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Private Law, Civil Law Division. She wrote her master's thesis on "Annulment of General Assembly in Independent Sports Federations." Additionally, since 2019, Gizem Adıgüzel Özmen has been actively working as a registered mediator under the Ministry of Justice.

After completing her master's degree, Gizem Adıgüzel Özmen continued her professional career in Ankara. Her professional experiences primarily revolve around sports law, commercial and corporate law, including providing consultancy services to companies, e-sports law, start-up law, and disputes related to general private law.

She obtained a certificate in "Sports Law Practice: Lex Sportiva and Sports Jurisdiction" from Kadir Has University. She participated in a panel organized by the Turkish National Olympic Committee on "Competition Safety and Arbitration in Sports." She continues to speak at conferences in the field of sports law and works towards the advancement of the field. Additionally, she serves as the vice president of the Sports Law Division Council of Ankara Bar Association.

Since 2015, she has been a member of the Legal Committee of the Turkish Ice Hockey Federation, since 2016, a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Turkish Motorcycle Federation, since 2018, a member of the Legal Committee of the Turkish Modern Pentathlon Federation, from 2019 to 2023, a member of the Legal Committee of the Turkish Esports Federation, and since 2020, a member of the Legal Committee of the Turkish Taekwondo Federation.

Attorney Duygu Önerci Akpınar completed her primary and secondary education at TED Ankara College Foundation Private High School and graduated from the Faculty of Law of TOBB University of Economics and Technology.

Throughout her professional career, she has worked at distinguished law firms in Ankara, Istanbul, Milan, and Rome, gaining extensive experience in e-commerce law, contract law, employment law, consumer law, information technology law, intellectual property law, and corporate law. In this capacity, she has provided legal consultancy and dispute resolution services to numerous prominent national and international companies.

Committed to academic excellence, Duygu Önerci Akpınar completed her LL.M. degree with high honors in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law at Ankara University Graduate School of Social Sciences. During this period, she also contributed to various academic publications in the field of criminal law.

As part of her international legal practice, she was awarded a merit scholarship by Ankara University Faculty of Law and continued her studies in Rome. There, she joined Nunziante Magrone Studio Legale, where she played an active role in matters involving Turkish-Italian clients and continued to advise on corporate and commercial law matters.

Since 2017, she has been a member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce. In 2022, she also lectured on IT Law at Istanbul Bilgi University.

Today, she continues her practice between Istanbul and Dubai, advising local and international clients on cross-border legal matters, contract management, dispute resolution, and litigation strategies.
